LipStay is a water based high pigmented stain, that gives lips a beautiful punch of color that is water resistant, smudge proof and non-transferable.  LipStay lasts all day!

LipStay is soap and water washable!

Recommendation: Outline lips first with applicators fine tip or a lip pencil, then fill in lips.  Please allow to dry 3-5 minutes in between coats.
